A real man's meal. Eating this doesn't saying "I'm not afraid of heart attacks" it says "i welcome them like a old friend and hope to play golf every second Tuesday." One of the best recipes i have ever had
Here's what you are going to need.
I use a loaf of hard crusted Italian bread, 3 ribeye steaks,
1 pound mushrooms, an onion, and some bacon.
Try to leave the steaks a liitle rare as they will cook a little more in the sandwich.
Shove one of the steaks in the bread.
I like to have the halves of the sandwich different so I use 1/2 thick Worchestershire Sauce,
and 1/2 Dijon Mustard and horseradish sauce.

and stuff in as much of the mushroom and onion mixture that you can.
Then put in the other steak along with the juices from the pan.
Top off with more swiss cheese.
Put the top of the loaf back on.
Wrap the sandwich in butchers paper,
Put a heavy cutting board on top to squash it down.
Now weight, and wait, and wait.
I used 140 pounds of weight and let it stand for 4 hours.
